No Return and Refund Strictly. Only Exchange for damaged/defective piece with 360 degree video captured during opening the package. The video should clearly cover the defective area. Once the video is shared the team will analyse if its genuine defect and then exchange process will be initiated. If the defect is due to manufacturer both side shipping charges will be paid by us.
